As an Event Intern, you will support the Event Coordination and Sales Team in various daily organizational tasks. You will also contribute to general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, answering calls, and confirming appointments. The role involves active participation in client meetings, including drop-offs and ceremony rehearsals, ensuring smooth communication and event preparation.

On event days, the Event Intern will assist in detailed venue setups following client specifications and company standards, helping coordinate vendor schedules and quotes as required. You will also conduct research on current trends in event design, decor, and food and beverage to support the sales and event coordination teams. Job Duties

  • Assist in ensuring event spaces are market-ready for meetings, tastings, tours, and open houses, setting up lighting, candles, vendor materials, TV/DVD, marketing materials, and food/beverage displays
  • Support general office administration including filing, data entry, answering calls, and confirming appointments
  • Participate in client meetings such as drop-off meetings and ceremony rehearsals
  • Assist in day-of event detailing including venue setup according to client specifications and company standards
  • Coordinate vendor schedules and quotes as directed
