We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Event Installation Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $18 per hour. The role involves physically setting up essential event components such as tents, tables, chairs, screens, linens, decor, and fencing at various customer locations across West Texas. You will work closely with a small crew of 2-3 people, collaborating to efficiently manage the installation process while maintaining clear communication with customers to understand their specific layout preferences.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, active environments and take pride in contributing to the success of large-scale events. Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to pass background test
- must be able to pass drug test
- must be able to lift 60-70lbs
- must be active and comfortable with fast pace
- must be in good physical condition
- must be very friendly, able to take instruction, and work well with others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in event setup or similar physical work beneficial
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- strong teamwork skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- basic knowledge of safe lifting and manual handling techniques
Job Duties
- install tents, tables, chairs, screens, linens, decor, fencing and more
- drive to customer locations and communicate about layouts and setup preferences
- work with a crew of 2-3 people to efficiently complete installations
- load and unload trailers and organize equipment
- perform physically active tasks in a fast-paced environment
- maintain friendly and professional interactions with customers and team members
- assist with other event setup tasks as needed
