Event Installation Crew Member and Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable individual to join our operations team as an Event Installation and Breakdown Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all event rental equipment is delivered, installed, and dismantled efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading, transporting, unloading, and installing event rental equipment at client venues, which includes setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, tents, staging, drapes, linens, dance floors, lighting, and other event-related equipment. Precision in following installation layouts and instructions is crucial, as is the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and venue staff.

The position also involves significant warehouse responsibilities such as maintaining a clean and organized workspace, preparing equipment for upcoming events, assisting with inventory management, and conducting quality control tasks. Additionally, a competent Event Installation and Breakdown Specialist will take an active role in safely loading and unloading trucks and trailers, ensuring all equipment is secured properly to avoid damage.

A key component of this role includes driving duties. The candidate will be expected to safely operate company box trucks and trailers, completing scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout our service area. This includes performing regular vehicle inspections and adhering strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies.
