Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing quick bowling lessons
