The role of an Event Host at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional service in a lively entertainment setting. Event Hosts at Lucky Strike are responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from staffing and setup to guest engagement and event execution. The position demands multitasking skills and the ability to anticipate and address guest needs proactively. Event Hosts act as the primary contact for event clients, liaising with management, kitchen staff, and service teams to deliver flawless event timing and services. Additional responsibilities include suggestive selling to enhance guests’ experiences, managing event setup including tables and supplies, and providing personalized assistance such as helping guests with scoring systems or safety instructions. The role also requires excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Previous event hosting or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren't just met, but exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing quick bowling lessons if needed
