In addition to event coordination, the role demands excellent customer service skills. This includes assisting customers in locating products, educating them on the benefits of the company’s Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrolling customers in these programs, and facilitating omni-channel shopping experiences such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members also participate in operational duties, including truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintaining store presentation according to planograms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to handle stressful situations and interact effectively with others
- Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladder equipment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job
