Job Requirements
- applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time
- ability to lift objects with some assistance
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- ability to multitask and manage guest expectations
- effective communication skills
- experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create personal connections with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and occasionally giving bowling lessons
