As a recognized industry leader, Lucky Strike also proudly owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the premier league for professional bowling with a substantial global fanbase. The company focuses on creating memorable entertainment moments for guests of all ages, making it a sought-after destination for fun, socializing, and competitive play. Known for its engaging atmosphere and commitment to customer satisfaction, Lucky Strike Entertainment fosters a vibrant environment where creativity and guest experience are paramount.
Positioned as a part-time role, Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and personable Event Hosts to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals aged 18 and over who thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments and enjoy multitasking with a focus on guest engagement. The Event Host plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every event held at Lucky Strike is seamless, engaging, and exceeds guest expectations. From initial event setup coordination to fostering personal connections with guests, the Event Host is integral to delivering a high-quality guest experience throughout the event lifecycle. Responsibilities range from liaison duties with the management and service teams to suggestively selling additional entertainment options, ensuring that guests enjoy a fully customized and memorable event. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to superior guest service, enabling the host to anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively.
The Event Host’s day-to-day activities include gathering essential information prior to events, communicating important details with chefs, managers, and service staff, and overseeing the flawless setup and service of food and beverages. Hosts also assist with interactive aspects such as guiding guests through scoring systems in bowling and safely engaging them in entertainment activities. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift objects with assistance. The work schedule typically includes evening and night shifts with weekend availability at a single location, reflecting the nature of entertainment industry operations.
In return for the dedication and enthusiasm of its Event Hosts, Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an attractive benefits package including free bowling privileges, discounted arcade play, and generous discounts on events and food and beverage options. The company’s total rewards package also offers healthcare coverage and performance-based incentives, highlighting Lucky Strike’s commitment to employee well-being and motivation. Ambitious candidates will find an environment here that values teamwork, customer service excellence, and the opportunity to grow within a prominent entertainment brand poised for continuous expansion and innovation.
