As a contract-based Event Emcee / Host with Aventi Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these events to life. This role is perfectly suited for an energetic, charismatic individual who thrives in fast-paced, live event environments, and who has a passion for entertainment and event production. You will be the face and voice of the event, leading the crowd with strong microphone skills, dynamic public speaking, and an engaging presence that maintains high energy from start to finish. Your ability to connect with audiences, manage event flow, and handle unexpected changes with professionalism will be crucial to the success of each event.
The position involves hosting a variety of live events including concerts, festivals, bingos, trivia nights, and karaoke, among others. You will work closely with DJs, performers, event staff, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of every element. Job Requirements
- Ability to assist with physical event tasks such as setup and breakdown when needed

- Background in customer service nightlife entertainment or promotions is highly preferred

- Comfortable performing in high-energy loud and fast-paced event settings
- Willingness to travel for events on a national level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences
Job Qualifications

- Experience hosting bingos concerts festivals broadway musicals trivia or karaoke preferred not required
Job Duties
- Act as the main host and emcee for live events delivering high-energy performances and maintaining crowd engagement
- Use strong microphone skills to confidently lead events make announcements and control the flow of the night
- Introduce performers DJs or event segments with clarity enthusiasm and professionalism
- Collaborate with DJs event staff and production teams to ensure smooth execution of all event elements
- Keep events running on schedule while adapting quickly to changes or unexpected situations
- Engage directly with attendees to create a fun inclusive and memorable atmosphere
- Demonstrate high energy through movement dancing or crowd interaction when appropriate
- Assist with basic event setup and breakdown including equipment handling when needed
- Represent Aventi Entertainment and its brands with professionalism and a strong stage presence
