Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Event Hosts. This part-time position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with evening and night shifts, including weekend availability. Event Hosts play a crucial role in ensuring guests have memorable experiences by managing event logistics and providing exceptional customer service. Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, with added performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage and other benefits.

As an Event Host at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be at the heart of the excitement, responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of events from start to finish. Your role involves gathering essential event and staffing information before events begin, coordinating with managers, chefs, and service staff to meet timing and special requests, and suggestively selling additional entertainment or food and beverage packages. You will also manage the setup of tables and supplies, oversee food and beverage service, and ensure every guest's needs are anticipated and exceeded. Building strong personal connections with event contacts and guests is essential, as is assisting guests with activities such as entering names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions. The physical nature of the job requires standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting with assistance, all within a lively entertainment environment that promises energy and variety.
