Job Requirements

  • applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • availability for evening and night shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance for extended periods
  • prior experience in customer service or event hosting preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
  • liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
  • suggestively sell extensions to pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience packages
  • coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
  • create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
  • assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing activity guidance
  • manage multitasking responsibilities during the event to maintain high service standards
