Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance
- Strong multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of event coordination
- Willingness to deliver exceptional guest services

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing activities such as bowling lessons
