This opportunity at AEG involves three distinct positions: Box Office Attendant, Coat Check Staff, and Venue Host. Each role is tailored to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of events. The Box Office Attendant plays a crucial part in assisting guests with ticket purchases, event information, and payments, requiring skills in cash handling and customer interaction. The Coat Check Staff member provides essential guest services including check-in and check-out of coats, selling concessions, and managing lost and found items, all while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Meanwhile, the Venue Host ensures that VIP and ADA guests receive premium service, monitors guest behavior, and maintains communication among staff to uphold safety and enjoyment during events.

- 1-2 years of cash-handling experience

Job Duties
- Process orders and collect payments from guests accurately
- Follow cash handling and inventory procedures

- Resolve customer concerns with superior service and escalate when necessary
- Provide upselling opportunities for upcoming events
- Maintain cleanliness and assist coworkers to foster a positive work environment
