Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 1-2 years of cash-handling experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

Job Duties

  • Process orders and collect payments from guests accurately
  • Follow cash handling and inventory procedures
  • Greet customers with a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Assist guests by providing event information and answering questions
  • Resolve customer concerns with superior service and escalate when necessary
  • Provide upselling opportunities for upcoming events
  • Maintain cleanliness and assist coworkers to foster a positive work environment
