Job Description
Our Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services primarily for manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. We operate across a wide variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. With a mission to bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, we ensure consumers have access to the best products available in the marketplace today. Our team's passion for growing people, brands, and businesses continues to fuel our success, and we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees can thrive and build rewarding careers.
The Event Field & Tour Manager plays a pivotal role in our company by traveling nationwide to execute promotional events that bring brands directly to consumers. Reporting to the Field Operations Director, this dynamic role requires a hands-on approach, overseeing every aspect of event execution with an emphasis on quality assurance and flawless delivery. The successful candidate will be skilled at driving and operating large vehicles like box trucks or panel vans, loading, unloading, and setting up event assets efficiently. Key responsibilities include directing the use of resources such as equipment and labor to maximize the effectiveness of the brand message and ensure campaign objectives are achieved. The role demands constant optimization of all event elements — from the aesthetic appeal and entertainment value to consumer interaction and overall brand impact on the target audience. Collaboration with clients and brand representatives is crucial, as is thorough documentation of events, including detailed reports and photographic evidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join North America's leading business solutions provider, working with amazing people in a fast-growing, innovative industry. We offer full-time employment with competitive benefits and opportunities for training and career development.
