The role being offered is for an on-site Rental Facility Supervisor who will oversee rental activities within the facility. This position includes direct interaction with renters and functions as the key liaison between renters and the Facility Promotion Supervisor. The supervisor’s main responsibility is to ensure that rented facilities are properly checked and prepared before each activity, with attention to safety, cleanliness, lighting, locks, and equipment readiness. This role also involves monitoring events as they take place to guarantee client satisfaction and the smooth execution of activities.
Flexibility and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as supervisors will be expected to handle crisis situations with calm and efficiency. Additionally, this role requires physical capability to perform various tasks including lifting, walking, climbing, and working under diverse weather conditions. The work schedule is flexible and includes occasional nights and weekends. The position encourages candidates with or without experience in audio-visual equipment, although having technical knowledge in this area is seen as helpful but not mandatory. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform moderate physical activity including walking, lifting, stooping, and climbing
- ability to work under general supervision
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform duties involving reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing
- willingness to work in various weather conditions
- ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- exposure to blood borne pathogens awareness
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist with supervision of rented facilities
- check pre-assigned rental activities and facilities for safety of procedures and facility care
- check lights, locks, facility cleanliness and preparedness, equipment, and public areas
- oversee facility events to ensure client satisfaction and event success
- demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to resolve crisis situations
- report to the Facility Promotion Supervisor after events
- perform other duties as assigned
