The Saint Louis Zoo is a world-renowned zoological park dedicated to wildlife conservation, education, and providing exceptional visitor experiences. Job Duties
- coordinate all event logistics on event day
- serve as the point person for event hosts and onsite leads
- manage event timelines effectively
- oversee event space setup and ensure compliance with plans
- act as liaison between zoo staff and outside vendors
- troubleshoot issues during events promptly
- communicate with multiple departments to ensure event success
