Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related experience, preferably in hospitality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under strict timelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work in hybrid model with three days in office per week
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 45% of the time and work weekends or holidays
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems creatively
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity and lifestyle culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Ability to thrive under pressure and problem solve by offering creative solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in working with various personalities
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and note-taking skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
Job Duties
- Plan and implement hospitality-focused events including vendor research, merchandise management, and event communications
- Coordinate projects with outside vendors and internal resources
- Learn and lead sophisticated guest registration systems
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of client's content topics, priorities and business initiatives
- Manage agendas and take detailed notes for weekly meetings with both internal and external partners
- Coordinate status details on pre-event meeting agendas such as transportation, food and beverage, and other activities
- Design, prepare and distribute event execution guides, staff implementation guides, and personalized itineraries for guests at various events
- Provide hands-on event staffing and oversight
- Assist with numerous projects simultaneously ranging from hotel room blocks to concierge email responses to ticketing management
- Generate recap documents of each event including key metrics and recommendations
- Manage inventory, track shipments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of uniforms and gifting materials
- Provide regular inventory and fulfillment status updates to internal stakeholders
- Additional projects as assigned including assistance on other events and programs, competitive research, point of views, and property research
