Job Description
Corbel Enterprises is a respected company based in Waco, Texas, specializing in home improvement designing and remodeling services. The company has established a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction in the local community, striving to bring beautiful and functional home transformations to homeowners across the area. With a dynamic and growing presence at many regional events, fairs, and festivals, Corbel Enterprises is committed to expanding its brand visibility through community engagement and outreach.
The company is currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Event Demonstrators to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to earn full-time pay while working part-time hours. The position is perfect for college students, retirees, current employees looking to supplement their income, career-oriented individuals aiming to build their resume in marketing and sales, servers or bartenders tired of late-night shifts, or anyone looking for fun and rewarding weekend work. As an Event Demonstrator, you will represent Corbel Enterprises at various area events and promotional booths, interacting directly with homeowners and potential customers.
As the face of the brand, your primary responsibility will be to engage attendees at local shows and events, generating leads and scheduling appointments for the company’s home improvement services. You'll be equipped with comprehensive product knowledge, enabling you to confidently inform potential clients of the features and benefits of Corbel Enterprises’ offerings. Collaboration with the Events Coordinator will ensure smooth communication before, during, and after events. Additionally, you’ll assist with booth setup, teardown, and the upkeep of marketing materials, making sure the brand presentation remains polished and professional.
This role requires an outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality with strong work ethics. The position demands weekend availability, specifically on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with four-hour shifts and the option to work additional hours for those interested. A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle are necessary as travel to multiple event locations will be part of the job.
The compensation package is competitive, featuring a starting pay rate of $17 per hour, plus bonuses for every appointment made, enabling team members to earn $30 to $35 per hour on average. Corbel Enterprises offers opportunities for advancement along with training and guidance for limited experience candidates. They also provide reimbursement for non-local travel expenses, making this role accessible and rewarding. This unique working arrangement allows talented individuals to enjoy weekends filled with engaging social interaction while earning a substantial income.
Corbel Enterprises is hiring immediately and encourages interested candidates to apply promptly. This position offers a unique blend of marketing, sales, and customer service skills development within a friendly and supportive environment. By joining the Event Department, you become a vital part of the company's growth strategy, helping to build connections throughout the community and promoting services that improve homeowners’ lifestyles. This is more than just a job; it is a platform to build your career with flexible hours, significant earning potential, and the satisfaction of contributing to a successful and trusted local business.
