Job Description

Athletic Club Boise is a dynamic and growing professional soccer club dedicated to delivering outstanding sports and entertainment experiences in the Boise community. Known for its vibrant game day atmosphere and commitment to excellence, Athletic Club Boise actively engages fans and local partners through well-organized events and community outreach programs. The club operates within a modern stadium environment designed to host exciting soccer matches and other large-scale events that draw passionate fans and visitors alike.

The club is currently seeking dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join its Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that every match day, event day, and concert delivers a professional and seamless experience to fans, staff, partners, and players. Working primarily as a part-time, event-based role, team members will contribute to the pre-event venue setup and stadium conversion, helping to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that enhances overall fan engagement.

As part of this role, employees will be responsible for assisting with a variety of setup tasks, including arranging tables, tents, barricades, signage, and fan activation areas. The position also involves preparing concourse, hospitality, and other operational spaces, along with supporting field-level and matchday presentation setups. This hands-on and physically active job requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring that all event preparations run smoothly and efficiently.

Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew members will mainly work shifts of 4 to 6 hours during matchdays, primarily on evenings and weekends, with occasional opportunities to support additional shifts for non-event operational tasks or special project days. This flexible scheduling model suits individuals looking for part-time work with varied hours centered around exciting live events.

Ideal candidates for this role are team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong work ethic combined with a positive attitude. The ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs, comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions, and reliable transportation are essential. While previous experience in event, sports, or operations roles is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement, as Athletic Club Boise values enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Athletic Club Boise is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work culture and is an equal opportunity employer. Every qualified applicant will receive consideration without discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. Joining the Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew means being part of a team dedicated to creating memorable, high-energy experiences for soccer fans and event attendees year-round.
