Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience
- current California Food Handlers Card
- current Responsible Beverage Service certificate
- ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days
- ability to stand for long periods
- pass criminal background check
- pass drug testing
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a full bar service bartender
- current California Food Handlers Card
- current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- knowledge of baseball food and beverage service standards
- knowledge of different beers, wines, and spirits
- bartending school attendance is desirable
- MICROS point-of-sale system knowledge a plus
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- courteously and efficiently serve food and beverage to guests
- collect payment
- maintain bar area cleanliness and organization
- make drinks for restaurant and room service servers
- work at least 8 hours standing
- provide excellent customer service with knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits
