Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 2+ years custodial experience
- 1+ year in a supervisory capacity
- Arena or venue experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old

- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and assign duties to the housekeeping staff
- Maintain the cleanliness of all types of flooring throughout the facility
- Ensure that all areas remain free of trash, restrooms, dressing and locker rooms are well maintained, and tile surfaces are dry and clean
- Maintain all glass, steel, and office surfaces through dusting, cleaning and polishing
- Responsible for the proper storage of facility event equipment when not in use
- Ensure all emergency pathways are kept free and clear of obstructions
- Responsible for keeping housekeeping equipment and tools in working condition and notifying supervisor of any broken parts
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are cleaned and returned to their proper place when finished with them
- Complete daily checklist to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our patrons attending each event
- Assist clients with requests during events
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve housekeeping operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to meet customer expectations
- Ability to work effectively as a team and with other building departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management
- Other duties may be assigned
