Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift and carry 25 to 30 pounds
  • strong analytical skills
  • organized and detail orientated
  • ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • self-starter
  • able to work in fast-paced environment
  • computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of Photoshop and Canva preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute special events, group outings, and private rentals
  • communicate with clients to plan event details and ensure expectations are met
  • assist with event setup, décor, timelines, vendor coordination, and day-of operations
  • work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth event execution
  • assist the Director of Sales/Account Executives with various departmental functions
