The Event Coordinator position at Nashville Shores is a weekend-only, seasonal internship ideal for individuals passionate about event planning and coordination. This role focuses primarily on coordinating special events within the sales department, including birthday parties, company picnics, group outings, and private rentals. The internship lasts from late April through early August and offers a competitive hourly wage between $14 and $14.50. As an Event Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between clients and the park’s departments to ensure that all event details are meticulously planned and executed. Responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand and meet their event expectations, assisting with setup and décor, managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing day-of event operations.

Collaborating closely with multiple departments, the coordinator helps ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets high-quality standards. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Candidates must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
