Puppies & Yoga is an innovative and rapidly growing wellness studio that combines the relaxing benefits of yoga with the joyful presence of puppies. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experience Manager to join our vibrant team. As an Event Coordinator and Manager, this role is integral to the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events and daily studio operations. This part-time hybrid position blends remote organizational tasks with onsite responsibilities, offering a flexible but structured work schedule. The Experience Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring every class runs smoothly, overseeing studio aesthetics, managing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. Weekend availability is essential, as much of the role involves direct interaction with guests and team members on-site.

Job Duties
- Ensure every class runs smoothly and guests leave happy
- manage calendars and scheduling for yoga instructors and studio assistants
- monitor and restock supplies including mats, paper towels, cleaning products, and toys
- receive and organize studio deliveries
- hire, train, and motivate studio assistants and part-time staff
- maintain and enhance the studio aesthetic and décor
- collaborate with founders to brainstorm and implement growth and improvement ideas
