This Event Operations Coordinator role plays a central part in ensuring the flawless execution of events hosted at H&B. Reporting directly to the Events Manager, the coordinator is responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and breakdown of all scheduled events within the venue. This role demands a proactive approach to guest service, ensuring that every client and guest receives an outstanding experience aligned with H&B's core values. The role is dynamic, involving hands-on management of event spaces, equipment, and staffing throughout the event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include managing venue activation and staffing, giving site tours and factory visits to prospective and current clients, and troubleshooting any audio/visual challenges that may arise during events. The coordinator also undertakes administrative functions such as preparing floorplans for client approvals and assisting in staff training. This position requires readiness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset are vital, along with a sales-driven attitude to support the company’s growth objectives.
