Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must be available for part-time work of approximately 27.5 hours per week during business hours
- Comfortable working Monday through Friday between 9 am and 2:30 pm with possible shifts from 8 am to 4 pm
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service
- Reliable transportation to navigate local areas
- Ability to handle technical equipment such as POS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service under pressure

- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- Friendly and high energy with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Support Fooda events including onsite set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
- Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés for team members who have time off
- Get restaurants onsite and manage access to buildings
- Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
- Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
- Work critical hours over lunch Monday to Friday and additional hours as needed
