Currently, Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator for its Los Angeles market. This role is perfect for individuals with a hospitality or events background who are passionate about food service, enjoy customer interaction, and want to support a wide network of local restaurants. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22 and flexible hours ranging between 15 to 25 hours per week, primarily during regular business hours. The Event Coordinator will be instrumental in managing onsite food event setups at various corporate offices, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role involves direct contact with both customers and restaurant partners, requiring problem-solving skills and the ability to handle logistical challenges efficiently. The Event Coordinator will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down event materials, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and auditing setups to maintain Fooda's high standards. Candidates must possess a vehicle to travel between multiple sites, especially across North Los Angeles locations primarily north of the I-10 freeway. Weekend and evening availability is considered an advantage. Job Requirements
- must have a valid driver's license and access to a car
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- availability during critical hours including 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm Monday - Friday and 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Saturday
- willing to work weekends and evenings is a plus
- ability to lift and move equipment as needed

Job Duties
- support Fooda events including set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas
- gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
- problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries or restaurant arrivals, and incorrect email communication
- provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
- facilitate audits of restaurant event set-ups to ensure consistency and quality
- escalate issues to Operations Manager as necessary
- travel to multiple Amazon locations daily during critical hours
