Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States
- reliable transportation and knowledge of local territory
- availability to work part-time (20-25 hours per week) primarily during lunch hours Tuesday through Thursday
- ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
- high energy and friendly attitude
- problem-solving skills
- prior experience in catering or food service preferred

Job Duties
- support Fooda events onsite including set up, tear down, and cleaning
- serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafes
- manage restaurant access to buildings
- learn and utilize Fooda technology and standard operating procedures
- resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and communications
- troubleshoot point-of-sale and onsite technology
- conduct onsite promotions and app coaching
- provide real-time customer service
- facilitate audits of event set-up for quality
- escalate issues to operations manager as needed
