Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to work part-time hours primarily Tuesday through Thursday between 10 am to 2 pm
- Must have reliable transportation and knowledge of local area
- Prior hospitality or events experience preferred
- Comfortable using technology including point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly and high energy demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Prior catering or serving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- High energy and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with technology and fast-paced environments
- Organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of local area and efficient transportation
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events including set-up, tear down and clean-up
- Gain competency with Fooda's technology and operations
- Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders or late deliveries
- Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system and menu boards
- Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time onsite customer service
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
