Fooda is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator for its Atlanta market. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality or events who are enthusiastic about food service and providing excellent customer experiences. The Event Coordinator works closely with Fooda's restaurant partners, customers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of onsite food events. Responsibilities include managing setup and teardown, troubleshooting technology and logistic challenges, coaching customers on app usage, and maintaining high standards of service quality. This position is critical for maintaining Fooda's reputation for exceptional workplace dining experiences and requires a friendly, energetic professional who excels under pressure. Work hours are primarily during lunch hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • support Fooda events including setup and teardown
  • clean equipment and site areas
  • problem-solve onsite issues like incorrect orders and late deliveries
  • troubleshoot POS systems and onsite technology
  • conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
  • provide real-time customer service to consumers
  • facilitate audits of restaurant event setups
  • escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed
