Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to work critical hours over lunch Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility during 8am-4pm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or food service industry preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale and onsite technology
- Capable of physical tasks including setup and teardown of event spaces
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in catering, serving, or events coordination preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and energetic personality
- Comfortable with technology and fast-paced work environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with local area and ability to navigate efficiently
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities including onsite setup, teardown, cleaning, and ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés during team members' absences
- Coordinate restaurant arrivals onsite and manage building access
- Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot problems such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and technical issues with POS systems and menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and provide mobile app coaching
- Deliver real-time customer service to promptly resolve onsite issues
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed
