Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to work part-time weekday hours, primarily during lunch
- Reliable transportation and local area knowledge
- High energy and friendly demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication
- Experience in catering or food service preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, events, or food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technology proficiency and adaptability
- Organized and detail oriented
- Familiarity with local geography and reliable transportation
- Prior catering or serving experience preferred
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events including onsite set-up, tear down, cleaning, and problem-solving
- Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés as needed
- Coordinate restaurant arrivals and building access
- Gain proficiency with Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot issues including incorrect orders, late deliveries, and technical malfunctions
- Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly
- Audit restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager as necessary
- Work critical lunch hours Monday through Friday with some flexibility
