Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Currently, Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to join its dynamic team in the Palo Alto market. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of Fooda’s onsite lunch programs, liaising directly with restaurant partners and corporate clients to create a seamless, positive dining experience.

This position requires hands-on involvement during lunch hours from Monday through Friday, typically between 9 am and 2:30 pm, although specific shifts may extend from 8 am to 4 pm depending on market needs. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down events, cleaning equipment and site areas, troubleshooting orders and technical systems such as point-of-sale devices and digital menu boards, and providing exceptional in-person customer service. Event Coordinators also participate in promotional activities and coaching users on Fooda’s mobile app technology.
