Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Ability to work part-time weekday hours, primarily during lunch
  • Reliable transportation and local area knowledge
  • High energy and friendly demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with excellent communication
  • Experience in catering or food service preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or food service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technology proficiency and adaptability
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with local geography and reliable transportation
  • Prior catering or serving experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events including onsite set-up, tear down, cleaning, and problem-solving
  • Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés as needed
  • Coordinate restaurant arrivals and building access
  • Gain proficiency with Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot issues including incorrect orders, late deliveries, and technical malfunctions
  • Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • Audit restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager as necessary
  • Work critical lunch hours Monday through Friday with some flexibility
