Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States
- availability to work Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm with critical hours during lunch (10 am to 2 pm)
- prior experience in catering or serving preferred
- strong technology proficiency
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- reliable transportation and knowledge of the local area
Job Qualifications
- experience in hospitality or events
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate POS systems and manage onsite technology
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- self-starter with problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with the local territory and reliable transportation
- prior catering or serving experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Duties
- support Fooda events onsite including set-up, tear down, and cleaning equipment
- problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders and late deliveries
- manage and troubleshoot point-of-sale systems and onsite technology
- conduct onsite promotions and provide mobile app coaching
- provide real-time customer service and resolve issues promptly
- facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure quality and consistency
- escalate operational issues to Operations Manager as needed
