Job Requirements

  • access to a car and valid driver’s license
  • authorization to work in the US
  • comfortable with remote work and able to attend in-person meetings and events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • knowledge of event and entertainment production
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google products
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities
  • create proposals using Canva
  • add client contact information to the database
  • attend on-site walk-throughs as needed
  • serve as onsite production manager at events
  • plan and communicate logistics to vendors
  • prepare and send client and vendor event agreements
