Job Description
Entire Productions is a leading experiential event and entertainment production company recognized for delivering innovative design, meticulous planning, and seamless production services. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Entire Productions has built a reputation for excellence through its commitment to incredible client experiences, out-of-this-world artistry and creativity, and sophisticated processes and systems. These attributes distinguish the company in a competitive market and enable it to consistently exceed client expectations across diverse event types. Entire Productions specializes in creating memorable events that blend creativity with precision execution, serving a variety of clients who seek top-tier event production solutions.
The Event Coordinator Fellowship at Entire Productions offers an immersive experience in the dynamic field of event production and sales support. This full-time fellowship, starting January 2026, is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills while contributing to the success of high-profile events and client engagements. Reporting to the Director of Accounts and working closely with both Sales and Production teams, the Event Coordinator plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations and execution of events. This position offers a combination of administrative sales support, creative presentation development, and production coordination, including on-site event management within the San Francisco Bay Area.
This role is ideal for those who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the event industry. As an Event Coordinator Fellow, you will assist the Sales team with daily activities such as proposal creation using tools like Canva, managing client data, and supporting sales leads during client walk-throughs and venue visits. The role extends beyond the office, requiring attendance at on-site event walkthroughs and occasional event production management duties, ensuring smooth logistics communication between vendors and internal teams. You will also be involved in creative support functions by developing marketing materials and participating in pitch meetings and discovery calls.
The fellowship is structured not only to provide valuable hands-on experience but also to serve as a stepping stone toward advanced career paths within Entire Productions, including potential growth into Sales, Production, or Marketing divisions. The program offers comprehensive professional development, including detailed performance feedback, LinkedIn recommendations, networking opportunities through an alumni network, and eligibility for inclusion in the company’s vetted freelance network upon successful completion.
This opportunity comes with a competitive starting salary from $50,000 per year and is supported by a robust benefits package that includes company-sponsored medical, vision, and dental plans, a 401k savings plan with profit-sharing, commuter benefits, and more. The role primarily involves remote work with required in-person meetings, site visits, and event days based in San Francisco. Candidates must have access to a car, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S. Entire Productions is committed to diversity and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, or other protected characteristics.
Joining Entire Productions as an Event Coordinator Fellow positions you at the heart of an innovative and energetic company, providing exposure to industry-leading practices and creative event production. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong multi-tasking and communication skills, and are motivated to grow within a collaborative team dedicated to delivering extraordinary event experiences.
