Job Description

The current position is for an Event Coordinator at the Miami Beach Convention Center & City Center Campus responsible for overseeing administrative functions for the Events Services Department.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- some college work in business or hospitality preferred
- two to three years of experience with events coordination or events support
- exceptional detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects
- excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and familiarity with a variety of office equipment.
