  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus

Job Duties

  • Guide clients through the planning process with clear communication and professionalism
  • Manage event timelines, details, and logistics from start to finish
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and calmly during live events
  • Maintain organization across multiple events and deadlines
  • Support sales efforts by building trust with clients and confidently presenting offerings
