- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus

Job Duties
- Guide clients through the planning process with clear communication and professionalism
- Manage event timelines, details, and logistics from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and calmly during live events
- Maintain organization across multiple events and deadlines
- Support sales efforts by building trust with clients and confidently presenting offerings
