We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, capable of managing multiple event details simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Event Coordinator will oversee the entire event process from the initial inquiry to final follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Responsibilities include managing the event calendar, handling facility bookings, developing pricing proposals, liaising with vendor partners, supervising event setup and breakdown, promoting events through marketing channels, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and vendor relationships. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Having experience or certification like CMP or CSEP is desirable but enthusiasm and hands-on experience are equally valued.
