Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the luxury hospitality or venue sector
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
Job Qualifications

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that meet their objectives and budget
- Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and floor plans
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with a variety of vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainers, and audiovisual technicians
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless operations on the day of the event
- Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events
- Conduct site visits and venue inspections to ensure suitability and feasibility for event requirements
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues or challenges that may arise during event planning and execution
- Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Gather client feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in marketing and promoting event services offered by the venue
