Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or production management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute various events and live productions including concerts, festivals, corporate gatherings, and community events
  • develop event concepts, themes, and detailed timelines
  • manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
  • source and negotiate with vendors including venue providers, caterers, AV technicians, and entertainers
  • coordinate logistics such as scheduling, staffing, permits, and transportation
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, performers, and stakeholders
  • oversee on-site event operations ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues
  • manage event staff and volunteers providing clear direction and support
  • create marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team
  • conduct post-event evaluations gathering feedback and preparing comprehensive reports
  • ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and insurance requirements
  • stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in event planning and entertainment
  • contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience
  • handle all administrative tasks related to event coordination
