Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or production management
- proven track record in organizing and executing events
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong negotiation skills

- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
- ability to work under pressure
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the US

Job Qualifications

- minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or production management preferably within the arts and entertainment sector
- proven track record of successfully organizing and executing diverse events
- excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
- exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- must be legally authorized to work in the US
- passion for the arts and live entertainment
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute various events and live productions including concerts, festivals, corporate gatherings, and community events
- develop event concepts, themes, and detailed timelines
- manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
- source and negotiate with vendors including venue providers, caterers, AV technicians, and entertainers
- coordinate logistics such as scheduling, staffing, permits, and transportation
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, performers, and stakeholders
- oversee on-site event operations ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues
- manage event staff and volunteers providing clear direction and support
- create marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team
- conduct post-event evaluations gathering feedback and preparing comprehensive reports
- ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and insurance requirements
- stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in event planning and entertainment
- contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience
- handle all administrative tasks related to event coordination
