Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks
- good physical condition
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and timely attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in facility maintenance or event support preferred
- knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate security equipment
- basic first aid certification preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Checks facility and grounds for unsafe conditions and takes appropriate follow-up actions
- enforces safety policies and procedures
- renders first aid as needed
- secures facility at end of day
- monitors all activities inside and outside the Center on security cameras
- plans, organizes, coordinates, integrates and implements detail schedules for events to achieve established goals
- responds to public inquiries of the venue and provide information and tours
