The Event Coordinator will also be tasked with booking venues, entertainers, photographers, and scheduling speakers to enhance the overall event experience. On the day of the event, they will conduct final inspections to ensure every detail adheres to the client’s standards. Additionally, the role involves assessing the event's overall success and preparing comprehensive reports to inform future planning.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing or related field
- minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or planning
- excellent time management skills
- knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel if necessary
