Known for its lively atmosphere, diverse entertainment choices, and high-quality services, LexLive attracts a wide range of customers seeking fun, food, and memorable experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring that each event runs smoothly, meets client expectations, and leverages LexLive's multiple entertainment offerings.

In this capacity, the Event Coordinator serves as the main liaison for clients, guiding them from the initial planning stages through event execution and post-event follow-up. Furthermore, the coordinator collaborates closely with the operations teams to synchronize efforts across departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience. An essential aspect of the position involves creating tailored event packages that incorporate the diverse elements of LexLive, such as the bowling alley, movie theatres, arcade, and restaurant facilities. This customization helps clients maximize the venue’s resources to craft unique and memorable events.

Moreover, the Event Coordinator is expected to conduct venue tours and client consultations, providing expert guidance and showcasing the various spaces available for events. Maintaining thorough records, managing contracts, and handling billing procedures are also key duties integral to the role. Beyond event management, the coordinator contributes to marketing and promotional efforts that support event-related sales, playing a part in driving business growth for the venue. The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, personable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset. Experience in hospitality, sales, or entertainment event coordination is preferred, along with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-energy, sometimes high-pressure environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in event management within a vibrant and multifaceted entertainment venue.
