We are currently looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team in the role of Event Host. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our guests receive an outstanding entertainment experience. The Event Host will act as the ambassador of fun, welcoming and engaging with all visitors to ensure their time with us is enjoyable from start to finish. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about all event packages and add-ons, enabling them to effectively sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate gatherings, group outings, and birthday parties. The role requires a proactive approach to develop new business relationships through prospecting and cold calling, promoting repeat visits and ongoing engagement with our venue.

Beyond guest interaction, the Event Host will be responsible for performing various operational tasks including opening, mid-day, or closing duties to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This position offers a dynamic work setting where strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality are essential. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with diverse groups of people to create memorable and seamless event experiences. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a social setting and enjoy contributing to a positive team atmosphere while driving business growth through customer engagement and sales.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Sales experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and engaging with all guests as ambassador of fun
  • Understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
  • Selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
