Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with co-workers in a collegial manner to accomplish common tasks
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to travel for 2-3 days at a time as needed, including Saturdays
- The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly

- Strong event production understanding and A/V production experience
Job Duties
- Collaborate with course developers to ensure alignment in the needs of each program, ensuring we create a world-class educational experience while maintaining budgetary guidelines
- Responsible for managing assigned course details, registrations and rosters on our Learning Management System
- Learn and utilize our learning management system to provide overall support with course details, registrations and rosters
- Handle, coordinate and oversee all in-person and virtual event operation details, working with various hotels and vendors as needed
- Responsible for the coordination of printed participant materials as well as hands-on supplies
- Book travel for all attendees for selected programs
- Arrange the overnight room and catering process with vendors for assigned events
- Deliver on-site and virtual support to course presenters and participants
- Responsible for accurate and timely credit card allocations for assigned events
- Answer all phone and email inquiries directed to the Education Event’s team in a timely manner
- Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers
