As an Event Coordinator at ProdataKey, you will be instrumental in elevating the brand's presence and product awareness through dynamic event management and educational initiatives. The role centers around planning and executing nationwide product roadshows to highlight ProdataKey's latest features and offerings. You will oversee all aspects of these events—from selecting locations and securing sponsorships to managing logistics and ensuring seamless setup and takedown. Collaborating closely with the Field Training team, you will help develop compelling educational content for presentations and workshops that engage customers and support the learning experience.

Your responsibilities will also include managing internal technical training programs, preparing digital course materials, and representing ProdataKey in various educational content formats, including social media and product videos. Additionally, you will coordinate trade show participation, ensuring that each event effectively showcases ProdataKey’s products and enhances customer engagement. This includes managing booth logistics and, when necessary, personally representing the company to interact with attendees and promote product knowledge.

Another key aspect of this role involves lead management; you will work closely with the sales team to collect and upload leads from event participation into Salesforce and utilize AI lead generation tools to optimize lead acquisition. Your strategic input will extend to sprint planning, coordinating with team leads to forecast projects and allocate resources effectively. This comprehensive role requires a candidate with excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as a creative flair for producing engaging educational content.
