The position is based in an iconic Class A office building at 801 Brickell in Miami, FL, offering an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, professional environment that prides itself on exemplary tenant experience and hospitality standards. 801 Brickell is a premier venue that hosts a wide range of events and functions in its versatile spaces including large lobby event areas, conference rooms, and outdoor patios. The role is full-time and offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour, with flexible working hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm from Monday through Sunday. Hours will vary based on event bookings, making adaptability essential for success in this role.
This exceptional role reports directly to the Tenant Experience Director and focuses heavily on event support, execution, maintaining space readiness, and upholding hospitality standards at a high level. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality event experiences from start to finish. Responsibilities include providing day-of operational support for events, assisting with pre-event setup and post-event teardown, coordinating efforts among various service partners, and maintaining the presentation and readiness of venues and common areas. This position is ideal for individuals with strong hospitality backgrounds who thrive in dynamic environments and excel in multitasking and real-time problem solving.
The role requires effective interaction with guests to ensure a welcoming and effortless experience during events. Candidates must be comfortable taking initiative, coordinating with partners such as AV/IT, catering, décor, and security teams, and conducting detailed walkthroughs to maintain elevated presentation standards throughout the property. Additionally, the role involves supporting fitness center operations on event days and working collaboratively with porters to report and address maintenance or service-related needs, ensuring the property operates smoothly at all times.

Job Duties
- Provide day-of operational support for events and meetings
- support pre-event setup and post-event tear down
- assist with space configurations, furniture placement, and décor setup
- welcome guests and assist with check-in

- complete AM and PM operational checklists
