The Social Media and Events Coordinator role at Life Time is an exciting opportunity to join the corporate Brand Strategy Integration team. This position involves managing the club's social media presence, specifically on Instagram, by creating engaging and visually appealing content that reflects the club’s offerings, amenities, classes, and events. The Coordinator works closely with department heads to ensure that all areas of the club are represented fairly and consistently across social platforms. A key responsibility is to interact promptly and professionally with the audience by responding to comments, tags, and direct messages within 24 hours, thus maintaining an active and engaged online community.
In addition to social media management, the role requires coordinating logistics for in-center events. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events that enhance member retention and engagement. The Coordinator is responsible for project management support for event marketing campaigns, providing documentation and reporting on event outcomes, and creatively engaging members and non-members to promote adult programs and events. With a need for creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, this role is vital for cultivating exceptional member experiences that align with Life Time’s mission and vision to be a community hub for wellness and active living. Job Duties

- Produce a variety of high-quality content, including photos and videos, that showcase club facilities, classes, amenities, and events

- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
