- Experience in events, hospitality, sales, or client management preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms preferred
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Coordinate craft activations for conferences, weddings, festivals, team-building events, and private parties
- Manage event logistics including staffing, setup, breakdown, timelines, and client communication
- Facilitate on-site event experiences
- Prepare event materials and coordinate supplies
- Assist with scheduling and operational planning
- Work with local event planners, venues, wedding planners, and companies to promote and sell craft activations
- Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with local businesses and venues
- Assist with lead generation, sales outreach, and client follow-up
- Help grow partnerships throughout the Denver metro area and beyond
- Identify new business and collaboration opportunities
- Assist with managing Shopify stores and product listings
- Help maintain inventory and event organization
- Support customer service and order management
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for workshops and events
