We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Coordinator & Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our events division and client partnerships. This hybrid remote position based in Denver offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about event management, sales, and creative marketing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and managing craft activations, collaborating closely with corporate clients, wedding planners, and local venues, and driving new business initiatives to increase market reach. In this multifaceted role, the Event Coordinator & Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing event logistics from start to finish, including staffing, setup, breakdown, and timeline management, ensuring smooth and memorable guest experiences. Beyond event coordination, the role demands strong sales acumen to build and nurture relationships with planners, venues, and businesses, identifying new opportunities and supporting outreach efforts. Additionally, the position involves managing administrative and e-commerce functions such as Shopify store management, inventory oversight, and marketing to complement event execution and business growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and outgoing individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys engaging directly with clients and partners. Strong communication and networking skills are essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines independently. Job Duties
- Coordinate craft activations for conferences, weddings, festivals, team-building events, and private parties
- Manage event logistics including staffing, setup, breakdown, timelines, and client communication
- Facilitate on-site event experiences
- Prepare event materials and coordinate supplies
- Assist with scheduling and operational planning
- Work with local event planners, venues, wedding planners, and companies to promote and sell craft activations
- Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with local businesses and venues
