The role of Event Coordinator at Violet's Venom Brewery is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional with a passion for hospitality and event management. This position involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and seamless execution of all events hosted within the brewery and its venue, Violet's Garage. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing event inquiries, bookings, client communications, and collaboration with owners, vendors, and staff. Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all brewery and venue events, including private parties, wine tastings, and craft classes
- Manage event inquiries, bookings, and client communications from initial contact through post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with owners, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth event logistics, including setup, décor, catering, and entertainment
- Create and maintain event timelines, floor plans, and checklists
- Assist with marketing and social media promotions for upcoming events and experiences
- Track event budgets, invoices, and inventory related to event supplies
- Ensure compliance with all safety, alcohol service, and venue policies
- Provide on-site event support and act as the primary point of contact for guests during events
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience and increase event bookings
