Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Previous food service experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a supervisor preferred
- Previous experience as a server or in food service required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
Job Duties
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments within premium services operation
- Oversee completion of tasks in catering, restaurant, or suites environment
- Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service

- Maintain service areas including replenishment of product and cleanliness
