We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Denver. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between $56,000 and $64,000 and provides an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about creating unforgettable events and experiences. The Event Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing various corporate and client events from inception through to post-event evaluations. This position demands excellent project management capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with precision and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be tasked with coordinating all logistical elements involved in event planning, including but not limited to budgeting, vendor management, site selection, catering arrangements, and transportation logistics. Additionally, the Event Coordinator will work closely with clients to fully understand their event goals and expectations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all events align perfectly with Sonar Spark’s branding and messaging standards. On the event day, the individual will supervise operations on-site to guarantee smooth execution and swiftly address any issues that may arise. Post-event, the coordinator will conduct thorough evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement.
