The Events Coordinator role is a full-time leadership position critical to the success of Bath Planet’s event marketing strategy. The salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 annually based on experience, with additional commission opportunities tied to lead generation and performance. As an Events Coordinator, you will take full ownership of the event lifecycle within the Salt Lake City territory and nearby areas. This includes securing event bookings at various venues, coordinating schedules for a dedicated team, and ensuring seamless execution of all marketing events. Your leadership will be key in recruiting, training, and mentoring Event Demonstrators to effectively represent Bath Planet and engage customers face-to-face.

You will be responsible for setting up, staffing, and dismantling event booths, actively participating in events to generate qualified leads, and analyzing performance metrics such as inventory, manpower, and budgets. Regular communication with company leadership and internal teams is essential to maintaining alignment and maximizing the impact of each event. This position offers the chance to directly influence sales growth and revenue through strategic event marketing and skilled team management.

Strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to engage customers confidently are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in basic computer applications is needed for reporting and administrative tasks. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the physical capability to stand and work for extended periods during events. Availability to work weekends is also required, given the timing of many trade shows and festivals.

Job Duties

  • Book and secure weekly events and shows throughout the assigned territory
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for yourself and your team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
  • Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
  • Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
  • Drive lead generation efforts that directly impact sales and revenue
  • Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
  • Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams
